Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in lake buena vista, fla., is one mile from disney's typhoon lagoon water park and epcot center, two miles from disney-mgm studios and six miles from the magic kingdom and disney's animal kingdom. Orlando international airport is 20 miles from the hotel.
The hotel is comprised of five brightly colored Caribbean "villages" named after the islands of trinidad, martinique, barbados, aruba, and jamaica. Each village consists of two-story buildings blending cool pastel walls, white-wood railings, and vivid metal roofs. Villages feature swimming pools and playgrounds and offer chaise lounges, cabanas, and hammocks for sunbathing. The center of the Resort is old port royale, a shopping and dining area where stone walls, pirates' cannons and tropical birds create a Caribbean atmosphere where guests can shop or use the game room, lounge, food court, shutter's restaurant or the sparkling pool with water slides.

Island-themed guestrooms feature bright green armoires, striped bedspreads, and floral curtains. Amenities include dial-up internet access, satellite televisions and personal safes.

disney's magical express:
Guests of the Resort are eligible for complimentary disney's magical express service. Motor coaches take guests from orlando international airport to the Resort hotel. Disney also picks up and delivers guests' luggage to their selected accommodations. Complete details and instructions will be provided on the confirmation page, at booking.
Guests of the Resort may also take advantage of complimentary transportation to and from disney theme parks, water parks and the downtown disney area.

renovation notice:
The hotel's main pool and complex located at old port royale is scheduled to be closed for renovations beginning january 7, 2008. During this time, the other six pools located at each island within the Resort will remain open and small, child-sized slides will be temporarily added to the pools at jamaica village and barbados village. The estimated completion date is september 15, 2008. This date is subject to change.

Depart The Airport And Bear Right (South) Onto South Access Rd.
Go South On Boggy Creek Rd And Take Sr-417/Central Florida Greenway.
There Will Be A Toll, Take Exit 6 (Toward Sr-535/Sr-536/I-4 East).
Keep Left At The Fork On The Ramp.
Merge Onto International Drive.
Stay On International Drive To Sr-536 Heading West.
Take Sr-536 (Turn Right).
Follow Signs To Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
