World famous for it's abundance of unusual seashells the sparkling white sandy Beaches of Sanibel island, fla., are home to the Sanibel Sunset Beach Resort. The Sanibel lighthouse, an old historic monument is located three miles from the hotel. J.N. "ding" darling national wildlife refuge is seven miles away. Fort meyers Beach is just 12 miles from the property. The southwest florida regional airport is 23 miles from the Resort.
Guest can relax in the lush five-acre Beachfront Resort landscaped with huge palm trees and banana trees. The Resort features tropical Beaches, tennis courts, shuffleboard, an outdoor heated pool and Beachfront picnic areas with barbeque grills. Complimentary parking is available and complimentary bicycles are furnished by the Resort upon request.
All 46 guestrooms and family suites are decorated in a bright tropical décor. Guestrooms include fully equipped kitchens or microwave ovens and refrigerators. Most guestrooms have screened balconies overlooking the pool or the gulf of mexico.
