Westinlocation. the french quarter's decadent ambience is just outside the front door of the Westin New Orleans (la.) Canal Place. Located in the center of downtown overlooking the mississippi river, the 18-story hotel is within one-half mile of the artsy jackson square, the french quarter and the french market.
hotel features. the hotel's riverbend grill offers not only river and city views, but also serves continental cuisine and regional specialties like barataria bay crab cakes, along with a low-fat, low calorie spa cuisine. A sunday jazz and champagne brunch is also served at the riverbend grill. The hotel also houses green bar, which features a nightly social hour, and a casual lobby lounge. Business amenities include meeting space, wireless internet access and business services. The heated rooftop pool and on-site fitness center provide opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Childcare services can be arranged by the concierge desk upon request.
