PreferredLocation. The waterfront Boston Harbor Hotel is located on Rowes Wharf, across the street from the financial district in Boston, Mass. Boston Harbor boat cruises embark one block from the hotel.
Hotel Features. This property is listed in the 2007 Conde Nast Traveler Gold List of the world's best places to stay. A grand archway heralds the entrance to the hotel. The spacious lobby features hand carved wood, Italian marble and framed historical maps of Boston. Bay windows overlook the yacht marina, and a gold domed pavilion can be booked for functions. Meritage is the hotel's wine tasting restaurant that boasts a black granite and quartzite bar, metallic gray leather banquettes and ocean vistas. The menu matches wines, dinners and desserts, based on specific characteristics of the wine. Intrigue Café offers a seasonal menu of contemporary American regional cuisine. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the harbor and marina. Rowes Wharf Bar offers 60 different Scotches with a variety of single malts. The 24 hour business center is staffed during normal business hours. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in the lobby. A total of 15, 000 square feet of function space accommodates events. Recreational amenities include a complimentary, 24 hour fitness center with hardwood floors. The facility offers cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Guests need only bring their shoes. The hotel provides workout clothes and socks. A 60 foot indoor lap pool is on site.

Guestrooms. This 16 story property offers 230 soundproofed guestrooms equipped with Bose Wave radios, MP3 adaptors, flat screen televisions, DVD players, and high speed wired and wireless Internet access for a fee. Marble bathrooms contain Pen Haligons toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.
