This hotel allows guests to be close to Boston and its many attractions, such as Boston common, the freedom trail and faneuil hall/quincy market, but at a much more affordable price and in a much more affable place. The Courtyard, in its location central to Woburn and stoneham, is close to golf courses, an ice rink and shopping. The hotel is two miles from the stoneham theatre, a renovated silent-movie and vaudeville house built in 1917. For vacationing tourists to massachusetts, this six-story hotel is also conveniently central to Boston, salem and logan international airport all of which are around 10 miles away.
