Rooms feature remote control CD players. The reception desk stocks a supply of CDs. Minibars feature Nantucket Off Shore cocktail mixes with tins of rim flavorings that coordinate with the mixes. Expert Tip. Although specialties such as the Charcutterie and Offal steaks might speak for themselves, the chef who created them also deserves recognition. Chef Ken Oringer, who heads the kitchen at the KO Prime Steakhouse, won the Iron Chef award in April 2008.
