Location. The Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center is located on the river in downtown Detroit, Mich., one half mile from COBO Convention Center. The Music Hall Center for Performing Arts and the Detroit Opera House are less than one mile from the hotel. Joe Louis Arena is one mile away. The Renaissance Center comprises seven connected skyscrapers.
Hotel Features. The Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center offers views of Canada and the Detroit River. The hotel includes a Starbucks adjacent to the elevators. The hotel features 100, 000 square feet of meeting and event space that accommodates up to 2, 200 people. Complimentary newspapers are available in the lobby. Safe deposit boxes are offered at the front desk. The hotel's fitness center includes free weights and cardiovascular equipment. On site shopping is available.
