Location. The Radisson Hotel New Rochelle is located in New Rochelle, N.Y., one block from the New Roc City Entertainment Complex. The Bronx Zoo and the New York Botanical Gardens are five miles from the hotel. The White Plains Business District is eight miles away. New Rochelle is part of Westchester County and was named after La Rochelle in France.
