The Riverplace, a larkspur collection hotel, in portland, ore., is located on the banks of the willamette river, adjacent to tom mccall waterfront park. Downtown is minutes away, but free from the hustle and bustle of the city, guests can enjoy the casual, relaxed atmosphere of the pacific northwest. Guests are close to shopping, restaurants, the marina and hiking-and-biking trails at the Riverplace esplanade, just outside the hotel doors.
From its courtyard overlooking the marina and the willamette river, with mount hood in the distance, to its 2, 700 square-foot ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, the Riverplace hotel can accommodate various sizes and types of gatherings. Three degrees restaurant is where the locals come for dishes made with the finest fresh seafood and produce. Guests can dine inside and watch meals being prepared in the open kitchen or dine outdoors at tables overlooking the esplanade and marina. Three degrees features signature cocktails during 3d hour, the happy hour. Guests can sit in the bar or grab a lap blanket and relax in a rocking chair on the heated wrap-around porch.

The Riverplace hotel features a whirlpool, sauna and access to a nearby fitness facility. Guests can enjoy complimentary high-speed wireless internet access in public areas, complimentary dvd and cd library and freshly baked cookies and apples in the lobby. The grand, craftsman-style lobby library features a stone fireplace and comfortable chairs where guests can browse through magazines or read books. The complimentary business center has three computer workstations, color printer, color copier, fax machine and office supplies.

The Riverplace hotel features smoke-free guestrooms with larkspur featherborne beds, large desks with ergonomic chairs, coffeemakers, complimentary coffee and tea, refrigerators, aveda bath products and plush bathrobes. Modern amenities include complimentary wireless high-speed internet access, dual-line cordless phones, dvd players and cd players.
