Built in 1936, the House was built in the Colonial Revival style and is indicative of the type of home a wealthy lowcountry planter would have lived in.
Boone Hall consist of 738 acres and is situated next to Boone Hall Creek. One of the most stunning areas on the plantation is the Avenue of Oaks that leads up to the House. The moss-draped trees create a dramatic entrance as you enter the plantation. The gardens, when in season, are filled with camellias, azaleas, and antique roses. The fragrances are sure to dazzle your senses! And new to the plantation is a Butterfly Garden.
