The homestead studio suites is a superior class hotel located 14 miles from the seattle tacoma international airport. Each attractive studio suite features a fully equipped kitchen, something you won't find in a typical hotel. Plus, there's a comfortable workspace. You will be pleasantly surprised when you check in to one of the hotel's studio suites. Homestead provides a quality lodging experience for the growing ranks of business travelers making extended business trips as well as the leisure traveler. The staff is trained to be sensitive to guests' needs, to be thoughtful, show respect and to greet each guest personally by name. The staff goes out of their way to do the little things that can make a big difference. The hotel's location is convenient to area attractions as well as area businesses. The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping and entertainment. The hotel's front desk will be closing at 4:00pm pacific time on nov 21, dec 24 and dec 31 and will reopen the day after each holiday. The hotel will be open and there will be a manager on site to deal with any emergencys. Guests arriving on this dates will need to arrive prior to 4:00pm pacific time in order to check in. Well appointed studios feature contemporary decor and include 1 queen bed (for a maximum occupancy of two persons), a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker, full sized ironing board and iron, remote control color tv with premium cable channels, work space with computer data port, complimentary local calls, personalized voicemail, complimentary incoming fax service. Copy service and outgoing fax services are available at a nominal fee. On site guest laundry and access to a nearby fitness club. Nonsmoking and ada approved studios are available upon request.
