5 Seconds of Summer Tickets

5 Seconds of Summer (often shortened to 5SOS) started out with posting covers to songs on Youtube and with limited social media promotion, their Unplugged EP hit No. 3 on the iTunes chart in Australia and the Top 20 in both New Zealand and Sweden. They claimed international fame when they toured with the iconic boy band One Direction on their Take Me Home Tour and Where We Are Tour. Likely due in part to those tours, 5SOS has been labeled a boy band with a pop-punk sound, though each album they have released has leaned into a different genre with influences spanning the pop and rock genres.
