Hop onto the “Highway to Hell” as one of the most pivotal hard rock bands of the 1970s and 1980s retakes the stage. Sydney-based AC/DC brings snarling vocals, roaring guitars and anthemic choruses that break down into ear-pleasing riffs that made them a genre-defining part of the new wave of heavy metal bands that fought to reestablish rock and roll as a mainstream presence.

The band saw initial success in Europe and Australia with the release of their High Voltage album in 1976, landing them supporting spots to play the United States concert circuit in 1977 with rock acts Ted Nugent, Aerosmith, KISS and Styx, plus a co-headliner with Cheap Trick. At the peak of their success, they released their sixth studio album, Highway to Hell, which peaked at No. 17 on the Billboard 200. These legendary rockers were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2003 while proudly saying “Let There Be Rock” and have been named by many as the greatest rock and roll band of all time.
