Le Clairvaux Condos Information
Stay just a block away from the Silver Queen in down town Aspen proper. This great chalet offers location and rustic Alpine feel of the Rockies! Be steps away from the lifts, dining, couture shopping, theater, night life and more. Le Clairvaux 8 is perfectly located in the core of downtown Aspen and is just 1.5 blocks to the gondola at the base of Aspen Mountain, and it has great views and good natural light. It is currently an economy-rated two bedroom, two bath condominium with a full kitchen, a dining area for four, a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV with HBO, wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and one designated off-street parking space. The unit has the feel of a vintage mountain cabin, but it is very comfortable and has nice views of Aspen Mountain. There are some updates planned for this fall, including all new mattresses and updated fixtures and furniture. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second has two twins (can be made into a king). There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
