Each ticket holder assumes all risks occurring before during or after the event including injury by any cause, and releases Giant Nut LLC, BattleBots Inc., Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC, Parball Newco, LLC and their respective representatives and personnel (the Released Parties) from any related claims. By use of this ticket to gain entrance to the Event, ticket holder agrees to a search prior to entry, and to appear in photographs and video footage taken in public areas and releases the Released Parties from any liability or obligation arising from the use of such imagery. In the event of any conflict between the above content and the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail.
