Blending seemingly adverse genres country and hip-hop, Blanco Brown followed Lil Nas X’s lead by leaning into his country roots to bring a unique mix he’s dubbed “TrailerTrap”. A fan of both Outkast and Johnny Cash, Brown hit gold with his debut single “The Git Up” and its accompanying dance in 2019 which topped the Hot Country Songs chart, made a top 20 appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 and landed him a spot on the Emerging Artists list. Brown is also no stranger to production and songwriting, having worked behind the scenes in collaboration with both Pitbull and Fergie.
