The park features more than 4 million LEGO bricks, making it the perfect place for kids like me to explore and play. In this post, I can’t wait to tell you all the things I LOVE about the LEGOLAND Florida Water Park — from the giant wave pool to the thrilling attractions and, of course, the yummy food and treats! Oh, and Mommy Frog says I can’t froget to tell you some of the super important stuff, including how to get your tickets, hours and location and locker rentals, so I’ll be sure to cover all of that, too!

LEGOLAND Florida Water Park Ticket Options

LEGOLAND Water Park is located within the LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park.  It's important to note that it does not have a separate entrance. To visit the water park, you must buy a ticket for the LEGOLAND Theme Park and the Water Park to gain admission. The benefit is that you can hop between the two parks throughout the day.

In addition, the park offers a variety of family-friendly amenities, delicious eateries, stroller and wheelchair rentals, changing rooms and locker rentals. With so much to see and do, LEGOLAND Florida Water Park is the perfect place to take the froggies out for a day of fun in the sun!

LEGO Wave Pool

Legoland Florida Water Park - Wave Pool

The LEGO Wave Pool is the perfect place to catch some waves or swim on a hot day. The waves are just big enough for all ages to enjoy, and there are two LEGO islands to relax on. Build your own LEGO creations out of the giant LEGO bricks you'll find scattered around the islands and pool area. Let your imagination run wild — the possibilities are endless! Whether you want to build a castle, a ship or something even more unique, the LEGO Wave pool is the perfect spot. When you're done building, you can take a break in the shaded seating area or jump back in the pool and catch some more waves. Time to hang ten!

LEGO Build-A-Boat

Build-A-Boat is an interactive attraction where tadpoles can create and race LEGO watercraft through fast-flowing streams alongside cheering crowds. The setting is inspired by the popular LEGO City Coast Guard sets. Nearby, little ones can build and play with colorful DUPLO bricks in a water-filled activity center at Imagination Station. These two stations are always a big hit with the tadpoles!

Joker Soaker

The perfect place for the tadpoles to cool off on a hot Orlando day, this play area is filled with slides, climbing areas, water spouts and a wading pool. Froglets can splash and play to their heart's content which also just happens to be a froggerific way to beat the heat. And when they're ready for a super splash, they won't be disappointed — the giant 300-gallon bucket will absolutely drench them! They’ll never want to leave with so much to do in this area.

Height Requirement: 36 in. for the lower slides and 40 in. for the tall slides

Twin Chasers

Legoland Florida Water Park - Twin Chasers

The Twin Chasers are a pair of water slides that will send your adrenaline soaring. Riders will climb up to the top of the platform, where they will board a tube and be sent careening down the twin slides. These slides are intertwined, so riders will twist and turn their way 375 feet before plunging into the refreshing pool below. The twin chasers are perfect for those looking for an exhilarating ride, sure to leave you wanting more.

Height Requirement: 42 in. and guests under 48 in. must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a rider at least 48 in. tall.

Splash Out

For the thrill-seeker frogs out there, Splash Out is the water ride for you! With a 60-foot-drop down one of three unique slides, it’s no wonder it’s the most thrilling water ride in the park. No matter which slide you choose, Splash Out will surely be a wet and wild good time!

Height Requirement: 48 in.

BUILD-A-RAFT Lazy River

Build-A-Raft Lazy River is the perfect place to design and build your own unique LEGO vessel. With 1,000 feet of lazy river to explore, you can let your imagination run wild as you create the perfect raft for floating around. There are plenty of playful LEGO models to discover as you float along the way, as well as beautifully manicured vegetation and palm trees. Ahhh! So relaxing!

DUPLO Splash Safari

Check out the DUPLO Splash Safari water play area for the littlest tadpoles! This fun-filled zone is designed specifically for toddlers, with shorter slides and larger-than-life DUPLO creatures to interact with. Your little ones will have a blast playing in the water and exploring all the different features. And you can rest assured knowing that they're safe and supervised at all times — it’s so easy to keep an eye on them here!

Seating Areas & Cabana Rentals

Seating areas can be found throughout the water park. There are even giant umbrellas to help provide shade on those blazing hot Orlando days. Legoland Florida Water Park - Beach Street Tacos

Whether you're in the mood for a quick snack or a hearty meal, LEGOLAND Florida Water Park has lots of fun treats to keep everybody satisfied and hoppy!

There are two dining options conveniently located right within the water park:

Beach-n-Brick Grill

After a long day of riding waves and building LEGO Sandcastles, you're sure to work up an appetite. Hop over to Beach-n-Brick Grill, an outdoor eatery, where you can enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the scenery. The menu features all your favorite beach-time foods, including fresh burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders and salads. And don't froget to wash it all down with an ice-cold beverage!

Beach Street Tacos

Froget Taco Tuesday! I love tacos any day of the week! If you’re a taco lover like myself, you’re going to want to try out Beach Street Tacos. The cantina-style tacos are served on soft tortillas and topped with fresh toppings. You can choose Barbacoa, carnitas, ground beef or plant-based chorizo. Pair your tacos with a side of Mexican rice and refried beans. And for dessert, be sure to try the yummy churro bites with chocolate sauce! YUM!

Refillable Mugs

Legoland Florida Water Park - Refillable CupRefillable cups are available for purchase at many locations throughout the park and can be refilled for free at any of the Coke Freestyle machines. The cups are a great value, and they can save you money if you plan on drinking more than two sodas during your visit. The cup's handle makes it convenient to carry and makes it easy to stay hydrated while you're exploring everything in the park. Coke Freestyle machines are located within the LEGOLAND Water Park, too!

Surf Shop

As any beachgoer knows, the right gear can make all the difference when enjoying a day by the water. The Surf Shop is the place to go for all your needs, whether you're looking for a new swimsuit, a pair of sandals or just some sunscreen. The LEGOLAND Surf Shop has everything you need to make the most of your time in the sun. Plus, we think that an awesome pair of sunglasses makes for a frogtastic and practical souvenir!

More LEGOLAND Florida Water Park Tips

Legoland Florida Water Park - Family with Tubes

We've gathered additional tips and info you need to know here:

  • Wanna learn more about the LEGOLAND Florida Resort? Check out our guide here!
  • Is it possible to visit both LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park and the water park in one day! Yes, it is very doable! You will want to prioritize your must-dos based on your family’s interests and also get there early to get the most out of your day.
  • Lifeguards are present throughout the park, and a First-Aid Station is available to the right of the Beach Street Taco truck.
  • Don't froget to apply ample amounts of sunscreen and stay hydrated!
  • Complimentary U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are available in all sizes.
  • All the dining locations are hoppy to accommodate guests with special diets. In addition, the LEGO Chefs are trained in food allergy awareness and can provide information on ingredients and menu options. If you have any questions, please email [email protected] or visit Guest Services for more specific information.
  • Be sure to bring your own towels! Unfrogtunately, there aren’t any towels or towel rentals currently provided.
  • In need of a stroller or wheelchair? You’ll find those rentals located at the front entrance of the LEGOLAND Florida Park.
  • LEGOLAND Florida is a long rectangular-shaped park. The water park is located at the far back from the entrance. You’ll want to keep this in mind as you're thinking about planning your itinerary. If you’re visiting in the dog days of summer, you may want to consider visiting the water park first. Once the day begins to cool off, you could work your way through the park from the back to the front. This is also a great tip to avoid some of the crowds as you’ll be touring the park in the opposite direction from the other guests.
  • Download the LEGOLAND Florida mobile app. You’ll find the park map & hours, wait times, showtimes, restaurant locations and more.

So, are you ready for a splashin' good time at LEGOLAND Florida Water Park?

I’m a frog! So, of course, I love spending my day splashing at any water park! The LEGOLAND Florida water park is extra special because it was designed for kids like Lily and me. We enjoy being able to use our imaginations and use hands to create, build and explore new things. We also think it's super neat that everything in LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park and Water Park is just our size, always so much fun and never too overwhelming!

Do you plan to visit LEGOLAND Florida Water Park soon? We’d love to help you plan your visit! Ribbit!
