There are so many immeasurable aspects of a trip to Disney like that odd sense of peace that comes over us when we enter the Magic Kingdom or the looks on Tad and Lily’s faces when they meet their favorite characters. However, there are some things I can calculate and here’s how our most recent trip to Disney measured up…
60…Dollars saved purchasing 6 day Park Hopper + Water Park Fun & More tickets from UndercoverTourist.com
50…Number of videos Tad captured for Undercover Tourist’s channel on YouTube
100…Dollars saved by eating breakfast in the room (we brought breakfast foods like cereal, muffins and juice with us)
28…Times we used Disney transportation to and from the parks
84…Dollars saved on parking since we stayed at a Disney hotel
45…Longest wait-time in a stand-by line (Soarin’ at Epcot…and it was worth it!)
1,535…Times we used Undercover Tourist’s iPhone app (OK, so I exaggerate a little, but it was a life-saver!)
213…Times Leap or I shouted “Wait for us!” to Tad and Lily
4…Number of major melt-downs (and they weren’t all by Lily, just ask my dear hubby, Leap!)
80…Dollars saved by packing snacks and bottled water in our backpack (those Mickey Mouse ice-creams really add up AND healthy snacks like mixed nuts and granola bars are much better for us!)
6…Hours saved by bringing snacks and “picnic” lunches with us into the parks (the lines can be long!)
6.5…Average number of hours of sleep we got each night
10…Meals we ate at a Disney restaurant (not bad for a 6 day trip!)
12.5…Average number of miles hopped per day including going to and from bus stop (we’re go-getters, what can we say?)
50…Average number of minutes in advance we got our viewing spot for parades and fireworks (we actually love this time to rest, reflect and EAT!)
67…Times Tad and Lily asked “When are we coming back?”
Infinite...Precious memories we made and fun we had!
