78th Annual Tony Award Nominations Announced

Tony Awards Nominations - Buena Vista Social Club

On May 1, 2025, nominations for the 78th Annual Tony Awards were announced. In a year filled with theatrical adaptations of TV shows ("Smash", "Stranger Things: The First Shadow,") movies ("Real Women Have Curves: The Musical," "Death Becomes Her") the lives of famous singers ("A Wonderful World: The Louis Armstrong Musical," "Just in Time") and even real historical events ("Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical," "Floyd Collins"), this was a Broadway season for the books. We're so excited to tune into the Tony Awards on June 8, 2025, live from Radio City Music Hall on CBS and Paramount+ and root for these outstanding shows. Check back for the winners here!
