Which room category is best for your stay?

There are many things to consider when choosing which room category is best for your stay. It all comes down to preference and what will make your stay the most comfortable on board the Disney Wish. The Disney Wish has four (4) main categories with various room types within each category. There is a room category that fits every family and budget!

Things to consider for first time cruisers

Worried about sea sickness? To minimize the feeling of ship rocking, opt for a cabin located in the middle of the ship on a lower deck. A room with a verandah also helps with direct access to fresh air from the comfort of your stateroom.
Light sleeper? Opt for a room that is not located above or below main dining areas, pool decks or lounges to reduce noise.
Traveling in a large group? Request a connecting cabin to stay close!
Worried about getting around the ship? Consider staying in a cabin in the same area of the ship as where you'll frequent to reduce having to walk. For example, relaxation lovers should stay in a Forward cabin for an elevator closest to the Spa.

One of the best things about cruising with Disney Cruise Line is the frogtastic amenities and services offered throughout. From water activities to sports and games, the Disney Wish has all the recreational activities to keep the fun going all day long!

Water Activities

On the Disney Wish there are 10 freshwater pools, 1 splash zone and 1 water attraction.

Mickey's Pool

This family friendly pool is located on deck 11 and is the largest on deck, with plenty of fun, including fun activities and poolside movies on the jumbo LED display. The pool turns into a stage for nighttime dance parties.

AquaMouse

Get ready for the first-ever Disney attraction at sea! Complete with show scenes, lighting, special effects and surprises, everyone in the family will love this new water ride inspired by “The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse” animated shorts. Zigzag through 760 feet of winding tubes suspended above the upper decks.

Minnie's Pool

This family friendly pool is the second largest located on deck 11 and has a great view of Funnel Vision, the LED display.

Daisy's & Pluto's Pool

These twin wading pools are located on deck 11, just above Minnie's pool. These shallow pools are only 2 feet deep, perfect for tadpoles!

Donald's & Goofy's Pool

On the highest tier of the pool deck, these twin pools are 4 feet deep located on deck 12. These are the deepest of the family pools.

Trixie's Falls

This family friendly 6 inch deep wading pool located on deck 12 is great for those looking to unwind and little ones can play in the central water fountain.

Toy Story Splash Zone

Go to “swim”-finity and beyond at the Toy Story Splash Zone, themed after a bathtub inspired by the short “Partysaurus Rex,” combining Woody's Roundup with Buzz Lightyear's intergalactic world. Designed with their safety in mind, this soft deck surface is intended for kids 3 and under. Swim diapers are required.

Quiet Cove Pool

This adult exclusive pool offers a serene retreat, where adults can unwind. Enjoy varying depths of pool from plunge to shallow and sip cocktails as you sunbathe.

Chip & Dale's Pool

This family friendly wading pool is located on deck 14, away from the rest of the pools. This pool is perfect for those looking to for a quiet place to unwind.

Concierge Pools

This concierge exclusive wading pool offers a serene retreat with breathtaking views. Enjoy a full bar where you can sip cocktails at the private sundeck.

Hero Zone

This free-play sports arena is where guests can enjoy some friendly competition with basketball, soccer and a variety of table-top games, including Ping-Pong, air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard. It's also where you'll find the Incredi-Games, an imaginatively produced game show that dares families to take on an incredible obstacle course with over-the-top physical challenges themed to the powers of the Parr family heroes and fellow hero Frozone! From table service to quick service to snacks to all-you-can-serve ice cream on board, there are plenty of dining options that will suit the entire family! Disney cruises feature Rotational Dining for dinner. Each night you and your personal wait staff will rotate between the three (3) themed restaurants, ensuring a unique setting and delicious meal. Dinner times occur at approximately 5:45 p.m. (main seating) and 8:15 p.m. (second seating). You're assigned seating time is selected when your book your cruise, dependent on availability. Set Sail on a Wish

A family-friendly event that takes place when the ship is leaving port. Dance alongside your favorite Disney Characters, including Captain Mickey and Captain Minnie as you wave your hands in the air to the latest beats. This is a frogtastic way to kick off your cruise after boarding and taking part in all the safety drills.

Pirate Night

On select itineraries, Pirate Night starts at dinner when everyone is encouraged to dress up like a pirate or simply wear the bandannas that are provided in your room. The cabin staff will leave pirate bandannas and gold coins to help get you in the swashbuckling mood. On Deck 11, the pools are covered during the party and there are free pirate-themed games, a pirate show featuring Mickey Mouse, a musical sing-along and a massive fireworks show to end the night.

Character Meet and Greets

Meet, greet and pose for a photo op with some of your favorite Disney Characters on the Disney Wish! You can find your favorite Disney pals in designated locations or wandering throughout the ship.

Disney Oceaneer Club (ages 3-12)

This part of the ship is like a theme park all on its own. You must make reservations for 1.5 to 2.5-hour blocks for each child. The playtime is led by multiple Oceaneer staff members where they facilitate storytime, dress up, character visits, interactive games, themed playgrounds, arts and crafts. The themed rooms include Marvel Super Hero Academy, Star Wars: Cargo Bay video game rooms and Fairytale Hall.

Please Note: Children must be fully potty trained to be admitted into this club.

Edge (ages 11-14)

It is an interactive space with video games, a dance floor, karaoke, crafts, arcade, sports and lounge areas. The Disney Wish counselors host lots of daily activities that will get even your shyest tween to warm up and have a great time.

Vibe (ages 14-17)

At Vibe, your teen frog can find a smoothie bar, a soda fountain, a sundeck, an arcade, a DJ booth, a dance floor, a coffee area and even a lounge area with screens. This is an amazing place for teens to get off the screens and socialize in a space that's designed just for them!

Please Note: Even if your child is still in high school, if they are 18 they aren't allowed in the teen spaces.

The Hideaway (ages 18-20)

A stylish club designed for older teens and young adults. With a vibrant color palette, retro-inspired decor, and a dance floor, it's the perfect spot for karaoke, dance competitions, and socializing. Plus, you can reserve The Hideaway for special events, making it an ideal venue for celebrations and teen activities.

Premium Enhancements

It's a Small World Nursery (ages 6 months - 3)

Located on Deck 2, right next to the Oceaneer Club. "It's a Small World" nursery is for children ages 6 months to 3 years old. Just like the name implies, the entire space is themed after the "it's a small world" attraction in the Disney theme parks. Your baby will be well cared for here as every caretaker is highly trained in infant safety. Reservations can be made in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is an additional fee for nursery care.

Olaf's Royal Picnic

This one-of-a-kind celebration where families get to partake in the Nordic Midsummer Festival, enjoy a scrumptious feast of fresh, flavorful, summertime treats served by Castle Staff and hang out with Olaf, Anna, Elsa and Kristoff. This specially priced experience takes place in the beautiful Arendelle Castle which is covered in a canopy of colorful flowers and filled with sprouting sunflowers. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique

Watch as Fairy Godmother's apprentices transform your tadpole into a princess, knight or sea captain. The Deluxe Carriage and Castle Packages offer princess makeovers, the Royal Knight Package brings valiant adventures, and the Captain Mickey Package brings high-sea shenanigans. For a dash of pirate mischief, the Pirates League offers pirate costumes, makeup, and accessories on Pirate Party Nights, available for kids 3 and older. Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, be sure to book your appointment early.

Hooks Barbery

Elevate your style with grooming services fit for a captain at Hook's Barbery, inspired by Captain Hook's personal quarters aboard the Jolly Roger. Enjoy haircuts, hot shaves, beard trimmings, as well as manicures, pedicures, and facials in this upscale grooming retreat, designed for relaxation with leather chairs, dark wood tones, deep grays, and drapery reminiscent of Captain Hook's style.

Untangled Salon
