D'Anthony Carlos, better known as GoldLink, began his hip hop career releasing songs on Bandcamp and SoundCloud, later releasing his first mixtape The God Complex in 2014 to rave reviews. Named a member of the XXL Freshman Class in 2015, he continued to stay in the public eye with Grammy-nominated singles "Crew" and "Like I Do", a collaboration with Christina Aguilera. With a strong understanding of how each genre influences the other, GoldLink expertly mixes hip-hop, indie dancehall, reggae and danceable afrobeats.
