Journey Tickets
Originally formed in 1973 San Francisco with the aim of being a backup group for other Bay Area artists, it lonely took one performance in Hawaii for the group to establish itself as formidable and Journey was born. After adding lead vocalist Steve Perry in 1977, the band saw its most commercially successful years, grabbing their first Billboard Hot 100 Top-20 single with “Lovin’, Touchin’, Squeezin’” of their fifth studio album, Evolution. Their most popular album to date came in 1981 with the release of Escape which went on to chart at No. 1 in the United States and produced the singles "Who's Crying Now", "Still They Ride", "Open Arms", and their iconic and beloved song "Don't Stop Believin'". Effectively combining jazz fusion with arena rock, Journey captured a lovable blend of hard rock and epic balladry that appealed to the masses, helping to cement them as one of the most popular rock bands of the late 1970s through the 1980s and gained them a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction in 2017.
