Park attendance will be managed through a new park reservation system. To enter a park on a particular day, both a park reservation for that day and a Ticket valid for park admission on that day are required.
- Prior to purchase, check park availability by visiting the availability calendar.
- Immediately after purchasing your ticket, visit StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to make theme park reservations. Ticket must be linked to a Disney account, and online registration required.
- Guests with multi-day Tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks. Guests with a Park Hopper ticket will select the first theme park they wish to visit to begin their day, then they can visit the other park later that day after 1:00 p.m. Limit one park reservation per guest, per day.
Ticket will expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first. Reservations are required.

Go
straight to the park entrance and present your E-Ticket(s) or have them scanned from your mobile device (with internet access). No will call exchange necessary or need to stand in ticket queues.

Availability
Daily. Advanced reservations required. Theme parks will be limited in capacity, and park reservations are limited and subject to availability.
Refund Policy
E-Ticket: Refundable for 365 days from the date of purchase. E-Ticket must not be used, expired, or modified or exchanged. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-tickets, used E-tickets in full or in part, modified E-tickets or any E-tickets not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
Expiration
Tickets expire 13 days after first use or January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first. Days do not have to be used consecutively. After January 12, 2023 this ticket must be exchanged at Guest Services for admission (additional costs can apply). Be aware that pre-purchased theme park tickets do not guarantee entry on any given day. Please consider arriving early to begin your magical experience!
