Please head to Madame Tussauds Hollywood 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that you can present your E-Ticket for admission and collect your meal vouchers for your Hard Rock Cafe.

At the Hard Rock Cafe, you'll need to present your printed meal voucher to your server when ordering, along with a valid photo ID bearing the name of the lead traveler.

Per the City of LA Public Health order, all persons ages 12+ must be prepared to show proof of full FDA or WHO approved COVID-19 vaccination (a full 14 days after final dose was administered), or a negative test taken within 72 hours of visit, prior to entry to Madame Tussauds Hollywood. A COVID-19 self-test, sometimes referred to as a "home test", is not acceptable. Persons ages 18+ must also show photo ID. Children under the age of 12 are not required to show proof of vaccination or a negative test result. Regardless of vaccination status, face coverings are required to be worn at all times by guests 2 years and older.
