We recommend arriving right at park opening and heading over straight to Studio Tour. These will, without a doubt, be the shortest lines of the day! However, if for some reason you can't make it to park opening and you see the lines are crazy long, then you can alsways buy a Front of the Line pass for the Studio Tour.
