Singer-songwriter and musician Madi Diaz began to learn piano at the age of five (5), followed by guitar in her teens before attending Berklee College of Music. Labeled as one of the “Top Ten Buzziest Acts" at South by Southwest (SXSW) 2009 by Paste Magazine, having performed backing vocals for big names like Miranda Lambert and James Blunt and with songs featured on multiple television shows, including Pretty Little Liars and Army Wives, Diaz has garnered a large fanbase. With a focus on the emotional journey humans embark on, Diaz blends indie rock, country and folk, synth pop and more.
