NBA Eastern Conference First Round Tickets

The National Basketball Association (NBA) Playoffs begin right after the NBA Play-In Tournament with each conference’s First Round Games. Also known as the NBA Eastern Conference Quarterfinals, the NBA Eastern Conference First Round is the first best-of-seven series in the traditional bracket playoffs. Played in a 2–2–1–1–1 format, the team with home-court advantage hosts games 1, 2, 5 and 7, while their opponent hosts games 3, 4 and 6. Games 5, 6 and 7 are only played as needed.

The first round of the 2024 NBA Playoffs will start April 20.
