Caesars Superdome
Caesars Superdome is a toadally awesome multi-purpose stadium located in New Orleans. It is home to the National Football League's (NFL) New Orleans Saints and hosts numerous other events, including concerts, conventions and college football games.
The stadium opened in 1975 and underwent extensive renovations in 2005 after providing shelter to thousands of people during Hurricane Katrina. It has a seating capacity of over 73,000 and features a unique domed roof that is one of the largest of its kind in the world.
Caesars Superdome has hosted many notable events, including multiple Super Bowl games, the annual National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Sugar Bowl and multiple NCAA Final Four basketball tournaments. It has also been the site of numerous major concerts by artists such as the Rolling Stones, U2 and Beyoncé.
