New York City Center

New York City Center is a performing arts venue on West 55th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Operated by the city, City Center housed the New York City Opera (NYCO), the New York City Ballet (NYCB), symphonies and art companies in its early years. In recent history, it has become home to several dance companies, the Manhattan Theatre Club (MTC), the annual Encores! musical theater series and the annual Fall for Dance Festival. The main auditorium seats well over 2,000 people, making it one of the larger performing arts venues in the city and the perfect place to see a hop-notch production.
