When you’re ready to redeem your bike rental, head to Unlimited Biking with your E-Ticket printed or on a mobile device. Be sure to bring one government-issued I.D to be retained as a deposit for all bikes.

E-Ticket expires upon redemption. If E-Ticket is unused, E-Ticket will expire two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Please bring a credit card to be kept on file for the security of all bikes.
We know that plans change, although you’re asked to choose a date for your bike rental, you may use your ticket on a different date.
All bikes have to be picked up and returned within operating hours.
Riders under 18 must have an adult present.
All guests must be able to ride their own bicycles, no rider may exceed 260lbs.
Attachments such as double trailers and tagalong bikes are available with the purchase of a child ticket.
