The New York Red Bulls (NYRB) is a Major League Soccer (MLS) soccer club based in Harrison, New Jersey, just a hop away from New York City. Established in 1994 the club is an original member of MLS, then playing under the name New York/New Jersey MetroStars. After years of sharing the Giants Stadium with the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL), the club moved to the Red Bull Arena in 2010. NYRB has won three (3) Supporters Shields and gone to two (2) US Open Cup finals. The supporter groups for NYRB often organize away trips to every match and fans will lead rowdy chants during rivalry games with D.C. United and the New England Revolution.
