• Refund Policy

  Mailed Ticket: 365-Day Return Policy - 95% of the item(s) order amount will be refunded back to you. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. The tickets must be unused, unsigned and not damaged. They cannot have been attached to a Disney profile or been activated. Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site, are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team so we can give you instructions to make the process run smoothly.

  E-Ticket: This E-Ticket is non-refundable.

• Expiration

  Ticket expires 14 days after the date of the first use - you will activate the ticket upon entry into your first Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Park. Days do not have to be used consecutively. E-Ticket must be activated by December 31, 2019. After December 31, 2019, you must exchange this ticket at Guest Services for admission (additional gate price may apply). Please note: Physical tickets expire February 28, 2019.

• Changes

  Upgrades: Please do so at the attraction/guest services window.

  Other Changes: Please contact Undercover Tourist with your order number and details of the change requested to determine if amendments are possible.

  We are unable to make changes or offer refunds on Disney E-Tickets.
• Please Note
  *When you purchase a 4-Day Magic Your Way ticket–with extra day, we'll automatically upgrade it to a 5-Day Magic Your Way ticket, free of charge. It is a regular 5-Day Magic Your Way ticket, exactly the same as a 5-Day Magic Your Way ticket that you could buy from the gate.
