With Disney Genie+, save time waiting in line! This new service at more than 40 attractions and experiences throughout the Walt Disney World theme parks lets you select the next available arrival window for the new Lightning Lane entrances. Once you enter a theme park on the day of your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to secure your first arrival time. You can make one (1) selection at a time throughout the day. This service also includes access to interactive Disney PhotoPass Lenses and audio tales.

To Use Disney Genie+:

1. Download the My Disney Experience app.
2. Once you enter a theme park, you’ll have the opportunity to secure your first arrival time through the My Disney Experience app.
3. During your reserved time, go to the Lightning Lane entrance at the attraction and use your MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile Pass or card to enter.
4. If you need to cancel your Disney Genie+ reservation for any reason, simply cancel through the app.
5. Once your first Disney Genie+ selection is used, you can make another selection!

E-Ticket: Add this E-Ticket to your MagicBand and go straight to the gate and onto the rides. (MagicBand not included with this purchase.) If you do not have a MagicBand, you must exchange this E-Ticket at a will call location for a RF-enabled ticket before admission. You may link this E-Ticket to My Disney Experience for Disney Park Pass and Disney Genie+ reservations before will call exchange.

Availability

Daily - you must select a start date for this 9-Day Disney Theme Park Base Ticket with Disney Genie+. You may use this Disney ticket for Disney Park Pass reservations upon receipt. Confirm Disney Park Pass availability on our ticket calendar or on the official Disney availability calendar.

Disney Genie+ is available for the duration of the ticket.

Expiration

Ticket is valid for admission on any 9 days within a 13 day window, beginning on the start date selected and ending 12 days after the start date. You will activate the ticket upon entry into your first Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Park. Days do not have to be used consecutively. When the 13-day valid use period has ended, the ticket is expired. Expired tickets must be exchanged at Guest Services for admission (additional gate price may apply).

Exclusions

Parking is not included. Entry to more than one Theme Park on the same day requires the Park Hopper® Option. You cannot hop by using 2 days of your ticket to hop on the same day. Visiting a Water Park requires the Hopper Plus® (Plus Visits) Option.

Please Note
Because theme park capacity will be significantly limited as Walt Disney World® Resort welcomes Guests back to the magic, Disney will manage attendance through a new theme park reservation system that will require all Guests to obtain a reservation for park entry in advance. You must link your ticket to Disney's Pass Reservation system before park entry.
Disney Genie+ reservations can be made once inside the park on the My Disney Experience app. You can make one (1) selection at a time throughout the day.

  365-Day Return Policy - 95% of the item(s) order amount will be refunded back to you. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Tickets must have been purchased within the last 365 days and not gone past the start date selected. They cannot have been modified by Disney Guest Services or through My Disney Experience or been activated by entering the park. Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team so we can give you instructions to make the process run smoothly.
