There are several sections to the three-acre Stormalong Bay, including a lazy river, waterslide, hot tubs and sandy-bottomed pool
Disney's Beach Club Resort is one of the only resorts to offer tennis courts
The lobby is spectacular at Christmastime, with trees decorated in fish and other nautical baubles

Frog Family Tips

Try to get a reservation for Beaches & Cream Soda Shop or plan for a long wait during busy times
Order the Kitchen Sink at the '50s-style soda fountain Beaches & Cream — that's eight scoops of vanilla, chocolate, stawberry and mint chocolate chip smothered in every topping — perfect for sharing
Unless having a water view of any kind is a priority, we don't recommend booking it
Request a room near the lobby if you don't want to do a lot of walking (requests are not guaranteed)
Some rooms have full balconies and juliet balconies; request a full balcony if it's a priority (requests are not guaranteed)

Best For

Families with children of all ages but especially younger children who will absolutely love Stormalong Bay; families who want to be closer to Epcot® and Disney's BoardWalk Entertainment District

Relaxed yet luxurious, Disney’s Beach Club Resort shares an array of amenities with its “sister resort” Disney's Yacht Club Resort just a few feet away — a sandbottom pool, health club, and a beachfront promenade with direct access to Epcot® as well as the unique shops and restaurants at Disney’s BoardWalk Entertainment District.

The professional staff of Kid's Nite Out gives the child individual attention by playing a variety of fun-filled activities with him/her including reading books, coloring, or playing "I Spy" games. They can also provide a fun, well-trained sitter to just hang out with the family if they need a father's/mother's helper. Kid's Nite Out also plans and works children's parties, camps, and children's theme conventions.
- Advance reservations are required - please call 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at all Official Walt Disney World® Hotels
- 4-hour minimum required - children ages 6 months to 12 years old
- Guests can call up to 90 Days in advance. Will try to accommodate same-day calls or unusual hours.
- Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid the 4 hour minimum charge
