E-Tickets – Go straight to the gate and onto the rides. You may scan your E-ticket barcode from your phone for admission; no need to print anything out. You must present a valid photo ID or credit card matching the lead guest name for identity verification at the gate.
Ticket expires 12 months from order date or 6 days after first use (so 7 calendar days). You will activate the ticket upon entry into your first Universal Orlando® Resort Theme Park or one of the paid entertainment venues of Universal City Walk®. Days do not have to be used consecutively.
E-Ticket: Please allow up to 24 hours for successful email delivery.
Parking is not included. Entry to more than one Theme Park on the same day requires the Park-to-Park ticket option. You cannot move from park to park by using 2 days of your ticket on the same day.
365-day return policy - 95% of the item(s) order amount will be refunded back to you. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. The tickets must be unused, unsigned, not altered and not damaged. Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site, are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team so we can give you instructions to make the process run smoothly.
E-Tickets: Are refundable for one year from date of purchase.
Upgrades: Please do so at the attraction/guest services window.
Other Changes: Please contact Undercover Tourist with your order number and details of the change requested to determine if amendments are possible.
