Redemption
Once you've completed your booking with Undercover Tourist, the supplier (Skyline Sightseeing) requires guests to redeem their voucher by online check-in at least 24 hours prior to departure to retrieve your tickets (instructions provided on voucher).

- Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour: Stop # 1 at Pier 41, San Francisco, CA 94133
- San Francisco Bay Cruise: Fisherman’s Wharf (exact location provided upon voucher redemption)

- Daily (except Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day).
Operating Hours:
- Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, busses run every 30-60 minutes.
- San Francisco Bay Cruise: recurring departures between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM

  To be eligible for a refund, E-Ticket must be unused and not expired, and canceled at least one (1) day prior to the redemption date. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-tickets, used E-tickets, or any E-ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
