Redemption

Once you've completed your booking with Undercover Tourist, the supplier (Skyline Sightseeing) requires guests to redeem their voucher by online check-in at least 72 hours prior to departure to retrieve your tickets (instructions provided on voucher).

Skyline Sightseeing: Half Day Wine Country Tour departs from Fisherman’s Wharf (exact departure point will be provided upon online check-in).

- Children are allowed on wine tasting tours, but you must be 21 or older to sample and drink wine.
- Lunch stop will be provided but lunch is not included.
- Refund Policy
  
  To be eligible for a refund, E-Ticket must be unused and not expired, and canceled at least 72 hours prior to the redemption date. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded. Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-tickets, used E-tickets, or any E-ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
