Tacoma Dome
The largest indoor venue in the state of Washington, the Tacoma Dome, also has a toadally unique roof as one of the largest wood-domed structures in the world. Just before the venue opened to the public in 1983, the citizens of Tacoma were invited to bring their signatures and well wishes to add the final touch to the wooden dome. With flexibility in mind, this 21,000-capacity space has state-of-the-art telescopic seating. The week-long “World’s Toughest Rodeo” was the first event at the dome, Davie Bowie became the first musical act to perform and the Tacoma Dome has been the playing field for a number of sports, including soccer games, ice hockey and scrimmages for the Seattle Seahawks. Grab your tickets and hop on over to see concerts with renowned artists like Morgan Wallen, Pink, TWICE and Zach Bryan, as well as sporting events including regional basketball competitions, Monster Jam rallies and other community events.
Whether you are visiting Seattle or live in the area, with such offerings as Sports, Rock & Pop, Country, Dance/Electronica or Alternative Rock you will find something fun to do.
