State Fair of Texas Tickets

The State Fair of Texas is an annual state fair held in Dallas at historic Fair Park. Since its establishment in 1886, the State Fair of Texas has taken place almost every year to celebrate all things Texan and promote Texas agriculture, education and community. It usually begins the last Friday in September and runs for 24 consecutive days, making it the longest-running fair in the United States. With over two million annual visitors, it is one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s signature events.

Festivities include the nightly parade and light show, an auto show, carnival rides, a BMX bike show, dog and pig races, puppet shows and more. Don’t froget to check out the food vendors with unusual and novel deep-fried items and say howdy to Big Tex, the 55-foot tall cowboy statue!
