  No walk ins; as the tickets are not stored at the UPS Store.

  Tickets will be available after 11am (we need time to get them to the UPS Store).
• ID
  Two (2) forms of ID are required to collect tickets. The name on both forms of ID must match.
  • Government issued photo id such as driver's license/passport
  • Credit/Debit card used for the order.

• Order Placed Before 2pm (E.S.T)?
  On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - tickets will be ready the next business day at 11am^*
• Order Placed After 2pm (E.S.T)?
  Is the same as ordering the next business day*
• Order Anytime Friday, Saturday & Sunday?
  Tickets will be ready Tuesday at 11am (Wednesday; if there is national or bank holiday).
