i know that this email is really late but the summer of 08 was a blast and my family has you guys to thank. we purchased a multi park package that gave us access to all of the main parks in Orlando and gave me the piece of mind and flexibility in schedule. Your service was top of the heap. I sit at my computer now planning a big multi family excursion back to Orlando next summer and thought of no one else for our park ticket.

Your site is the best as well as your prices. I made an order last minute and the tickets were delivered to my home with in 48 hours. 7 of us (5 adults and 2 children) were able to enjoy our Disney tickets and we used the money we saved to upgrade for a day at Typhoon Lagoon. I had to call to make sure I would receive my tickets before I left and I was reassured by the most pleasant woman that everything would be fine. She was absolutely right. I can't imagine going to another site for tickets. Your customer service is A-one too.

WOW - What a great experience - a web site that is easy to use - NO HIDDEN FEE'S, EXCELLENT PRICES and WARP SPEED SHIPPING! All around a great experience. Don't let other sites fool you - these folks INCLUDE sales taxes and all other fee's in the price they quote - THAT MAKES THEM THE BEST DEAL HANDS DOWN. We have great discount program where I work (ticketsatwork) and Undercover still beat them by 25 dollars on the same tickets - that might not sound like a lot but it'll pay for meal while on vacation or perhaps a go-kart ride on one of the local tracks for my son and I ......... Great to do business with and they will be my #1 choice for tickets in the future!!

I called your customer service line and they e-mailed me the ticket numbers and cover letter that allowed me to go to guest relations at Epcot and get new tickets issued. We saw several parties get up to the gates only to be directed to the will call because they had vouchers for tickets not real tickets. I wanted to say a big thank you! I bought our tickets from Undercover Tourist and I somehow dropped my daughters ticket once inside Animal Kingdom Park. After a couple of hours I went to customer service and asked them what could be done and we were late for a lunch reservation for Rainforest Café. They looked at the other 3 tickets I had and after about 10 minutes they told me that they were unable to figure out the adult ticket number for my daughter and told me that there was nothing they could do unless the ticket was turned in. I told them we had reservations at Rainforest Café and we were meeting relatives. They told me that my daughter would have to purchase another ticket to get back in (since Rainforest Café is outside the ticket area). I was in a panic because we still had 5 days left on the ticket. I went to Rainforest Café while my daughter waited inside customer service. I asked my wife if she had the package that our tickets came in and she did. I called the Undercover Tourist number on the sheet and told the representative for them that I lost a ticket. She was so great, she told me to walk back over to customer service and give them the ticket number that she gave me over the phone and she would get on the phone with them if needed and assured me that this would get resolved. Within 10 seconds of getting back into customer service I had a new ticket in my hand for my daughter!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

To the Undercover Tourist agents- I just wanted to write and compliment you on your outstanding customer service. I placed an online ticket order on Monday, 1/5. I got a personal phone call the next morning from one of your agents- she asked about when I needed the tickets. I explained that I needed them before the guaranteed 10 business day shipping date, but didn't specify rush shipping because I had ordered from UT before and the tickets always came very quickly. We decided that the tickets would be sent by standard shipping, and I was given assurances that even if they did not come in time for our trip, UT would take care of me. Forward to today (only 3 days after I placed the internet order). I went to the mailbox, and there were my tickets from UT. A truly impressive turnaround time! I knew I could count on UT to get my tickets to me, but I never expected to see the envelope this soon. Just another reason I recommend UT to everyone I know who will be going to WDW. Thanks for all you do. In business today, it is rare to come across a company that does what they promise, much less go above and beyond. You guys have my business for life! Thanks again,

I 'misplaced' my family tickets (8 Adult, 1 Child) after returning from our last Disney World trip February, 2008. They were non-expiring with 4 days and 6 water park admissions remaining. I was distraught, to say the very least. Today my husband suggested that I contact you to see if you still had the ticket numbers. I called immediately and spoke with Xxxxxx, one of your representatives. She was very pleasant to talk to and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. Within 10 minutes she had checked the files and had faxed the ticket numbers to me. I believe I thanked her ten times (or more) in my utter happiness and relief. I purchased my tickets at the beginning of this week. I used Undercover Tourist as the seller of the tickets. I can happily say that this was a delightful experience. Not only was I able to secure a special discount. When I had a question about splitting the sale of the tickets, the Undercover Tourist Rep was extremely helpful. To top it off, I was a little insecure that my tickets would not arrive prior to my departure to Disney World and lo and behold! The tickets arrived inside one week. We bought 4 10-day never expire, water park and more, park hopper tickets to Disneyworld and we were TRHILLED with the service AND the price! We traveled in September 07 and the tickets worked great! We've traveled to Disneyworld several times before and knew we'd go again so my advice to everyone is to buy these tickets that never expire. It's an investment but you can't beat this price! PLUS, we have seen the Disney ticket prices rise endlessly in the last 10 years so I can't stress enough what a wise investment these are if you know you'll be going back. Wanted to drop a quick note thanking you for a wonderful experience. Not only did we get a great deal and prompt delivery of our Disney World tickets --you helped us out immensely when we forgot the tickets at home!! After a good deal of panic we called you and a very friendly and helpful customer service person (I believe her name was Xxxxxx) reassured us that all was not lost and faxed us a copy of our tickets. It turns out Disney World is very good about helping people cancel and replace lost tickets but having the copies (and the information on what to do with them) made it very easy and impressed the Disney World gate agent. Thank you for awesome service ...fast and exact! I ordered WDW tickets for my entire family and was a little nervous to order online. I was expecting to get them by April 11th and they were here by March 31st!! 12 days early! Hey you guys are great! I had read about you on Xxxxxxxx.com as well as a couple of other sources and was still slightly hesitant to trust you, the deal seem to good. A 6 day pass for the cost of a 3 day pass. Right up to the point of walking in the gate there was that sligt tinge of doubt "would these tickets really work?" But they worked all was fine and haveing six days of park tickets as opposed to three or four, really changed our trip by giving the flexibilty to go to the parks for partial days and not worry about things like the weather or what have you. You guys provide a great service thanks again.

I would just like to thank you for coming through for us during our recent February, 2008 vacation to Disney. At the gate to Animal Kingdom, our oldest daughter realized that she had "lost" her ticket. After frantically checking with security at the baggage check and going to Customer Relations, who said they could do nothing for us, we went back to the car hoping that your contact information was there. I found your number, called Customer service, who assured me that we would be helped and reassured me with a calming voice. We went back to Customer Relations and with them speaking from our phone to you, we were immediately reissued her lost ticket!! Yeah!

I just wanted to thank you for your incredible prices and service. We purchased a couple of WDW passes from you and not only were your prices the best (even better than our AAA), shipping was super quick. However, I really, really, really appreciate that you were able to help when I couldn't find our tickets I had put "someplace safe until our vacation." Your rep's kind voice on the phone and quick fax of the photocopies of our tickets worked perfectly when I went to guest services to get new passes issued. The even funnier part of it is that the Cast Member said to hang onto the fax, "Just incase." I joked with him that he expected us to lose them again! Hello, I just returned from a 6 day trip to Walt Disney World. I bought tickets through you and just wanted to tell you how happy I was with the level of customer service I received. You see, I left my tickets in NC and didn't realize it until I had driven 6 hours and was almost in Flordia! I was sooo upset, but had to wait until the next morning to talk with someone. I thought (for a split second) of turning around and going back to get them as we were supposted to be in Magic Kingdom the next day at noon. Well, I left a message (that probably sounded like I had lost my mind) and waited until the next morning. I called Xxxxxx answered the phone. She let me know that she had gotten my message and it was very simple to take care of. She found my tickets, faxed them to me where I had stopped and told me what to do. I did exactly as she said and it truely was NO BIG DEAL! I just wanted to let you know that it really made my vacation not to have to deal with such a big headache.
