This is the third year in the row that our family has purchased Orlando, Florida attraction tickets through undercovertourist.com. We always save more money versus buying the attraction tickets directly from the original websites. Undercovertourist.com tickets are so much more convenient because the tax is already included and the shipping is free which allows no room for any hidden fees at checkout. The extra money goes a long way for our family of 7, seeing how everything is so expensive when paying for a vacation nowadays. Thanks a lot undercovertourist.com! The Oakleys

This is the fourth time we've used your service- the time savings, money savings cannot be underestimated. I am a notoriously terrible waiter in line and to not have to spend that extra 10-15 minutes in a ticket line is well with it. The money savings allow a family of four to spend that extra on souvenirs or food. Thank you for your apps too- they've allowed us to avoid over-crowded attractions and go at better times. We've used you for not only Disney but also Universal, oh the convenience! Thanks again for your service!

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for making my purchase of WDW tickets so easy and cheap. You even called us to make sure it was ok to have our tickets mailed to a different address than our billing address which I thought was really nice since most companies now don't really care as long as they get paid! We received our tickets after only 4 business days which was much quicker than I expected. I We will definitely buy our tickets from undercover tourist in the future.....thank you for great service!!!!

Hello Leap! Thank you once again for helping to make our Disney/Universal vacation a little smoother. It is so exciting when the envelope arrives in the mail and enclosed are REAL tickets. The kids love to see what character will be on their ticket and happily swap to get what they hoped for. Even if the ticket gets lost once we are in the park, the employees are happy to replace it because we bought from reputable people. You are doing a great job making peoples memories brighter.

We just ordered our Disney park tickets this morning. We bought 2 using one bank card and another ticket using a different card, so we had two separate orders. We also had to do express shipping due to time. We were so grateful when you called and said you combined the orders and only charged us for one order. Hi! I just had to write in and tell you that I am a new customer and I am now a customer for life. I haven't used my tickets yet, so we'll see how that works out but I have travelled to WDW every year since I was 2 years old. I can't believe I have never used this service! I had a question before ordering and even on a Friday afternoon I received a quick response. Then, after placing the order on a Friday afternoon, I received a phone call Monday around noon asking if I found everything I needed. To my surprise, the tickets were in the mailbox that day! Amazing. I am in the customer service industry and a travel planner myself so I can tell you this is VERY unusual to find this level of service from a web-based company. ChEARS!!!

You are the best. I had bought six tickets from you several months ago, before the Disney price increase, but now our son’s girlfriend is joining us. I was right at the 10 business day mark when I ordered on December 7th since we are leaving on December 22nd, but the ticket actually arrived on December 10th. Since December 7th was a Friday, Monday December 10th was effectively the next business day. Over the years we have bought over 20 tickets from you, and I cannot say enough about how great your service has been. Just wanted to give you a quick review. If this were eBay I'd say. 5 Stars. Will do business with again. Quick shipping and accurate description. But it's not so here ya go. We just loved the quick turn around on the tickets. We have a friend who is a cast member and her price wasn't too much less than just getting them from you maybe $100 or so but it was too much hassle getting them through her. When we were down there the UT app worked great. Green, red, and yellow days were very accurate. We also used magicstrollers.com that you recommended and the stroller was there when we got there. We got done a day early with the stroller and they even gave us a credit for the day. Thanks again for the help with everything! Will definitely recommend you all to anyone I know heading to Orlando. I ordered for the first time with Undercover Tourist after looking up places to purchase discounted tickets, after reading a lot of very positive reviews in addition to the UCT website I decided that I was going to trust UCT with my tickets for my very first trip to Universal Studios. I'm driving down from Toronto so have planned a lot to ensure a perfect trip and Undercover Tourist just added that ease to my trip planning. I purchased my tickets on December 1st to ensure that I would receive my tickets before I leave on December 22nd. Considering that the Canada shipping does note that it takes a bit longer then United States I was super impressed when my tickets arrived in my mail TODAY!! It's only December 5th and since they were purchased on a Saturday that's amazing! I will most certainly be ordering tickets again for my next Orlando trip from UCT!! Thanks so much!!!

Hi, I'm writing this feedback to tell you that you rock. I'm from Egypt and I was extremely scared from booking the parks tickets for a party of 8 online. I booked tickets for Disney 3+ 1 free and universal and sea world I picket them from UPS store in Orlando ‚ The process was smooth, we had no problems what so ever whether with the payment, pick up or usage of the tickets, your customer service also rocks I called before traveling and they confirmed that the tickets were waiting for us at UPS your crowd calendar really helped and we went to most of the parks on green days which allowed us to take some of the best and most crowded rides ( 10 min wait) multiple times UNDERCOVER TOURIST you deserve a great review and at least 5 stars service, Simply YOU ROCK Nashwa

Undercover Tourist is completely AwEsOmE! We bought our 10 day family passes through UT. It was a great experience as we had another family member pick them up the next day for us. When we called to set up the pickup, the office staff was more than friendly and personable ‚ After the first ride I went to use my tickets for the fast pass. THEY WERE GONE! Lost already. Disney told me to wait until the end of the day and they would replace the tickets. I opted to go over to and begin the process. Thankfully I did. ‚ The first contact person handled everything to get the process started. I had no record of my tickets since I forgot to make a photo picture. IMPORTANT factor. I was transferred to XXX and she was so wonderful to go and obtain copies of my tickets and fax them to Disney for replacement. She went over and above to help me on a Saturday. She had a happy attitude and helped me with a smile (I could hear her smile J she actually joked with me and remember me from the previous day). That is absolutely the best service I have ever had. I could go on and on, but you should know that I had already picked up the tickets in Orlando when we learned we would not be using 4 of our tickets. I told my wife that we could make use of the “best refund policy”… Once I told her I had purchased the tickets from Undercover Tourist and she could find all the information on your website, everything was taken care of quickly and easily. I must say that it made our vacation infinitely more enjoyable and that you truly do have the most reasonable refund policy. We just got back from Disney and want to thank you for this gem of a resource! The iphone app worked fantastic! Extra Kudos on the suggested attraction order on the “Skip the Lines” section that got us thru every attraction at Animal Kingdom by 1pm! Who does that???!!!! The extra FREE DAY tickets at Dinsey & Sea World ARE unbeatable (and without the almost inevitable time share pitches from snake oil sales people)!!! I don’t know how you guys pull that off!!! All the advice blogs and tabs were excellent from “scariest rides for kids” to “often overlooked attractions”! There’s no doubt, you’re going to spend $$$ and “waiting time” in Orlando! But that pill was sooo much easier to swallow knowing we were cutting both down to a minimum after educating ourselves on your site. Our Sincerest Gratitude!!! The Kociolek Falimy =)

I was due to travel on a friday but it was already monday when i called up your hotline for advice on whether I could place my order and receive my tickets in time for my travel. The customer service personnel advised me to opt for the express service. She sounded very confident when she told me i would receive my tickets 2 days later by 7 pm. We ordered 7 flex passes in May 2012. We ordered them for pick up and I had no problems picking them up at UPS. I was in and out. I did have a little bit of a time finding the UPS but it was only and extra 5 minutes looking. I bought Disney tickets from your company in July and I was a little scared at first. I usually buy right from the Disney website. This year I ordered at the last minute. I followed the crowd calendar and it really helped me avoid long lines and make the most of my visit to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, and Universal. We just returned from an 11 day stay in Orlando, we did all the disney parks, universal, seaworld, and Kennedy. Whew we are tired but it was amazing. I used your iphone app and your crowd calendar and it was the best money I spent!! The crowd calendar was bang on and because of it we had little wait in line ups. I am really quite impressed by how accurate it was. I would suggest to anyone heading there to use the crowd calendar as a planning tool!!...I would certainly recommend Undercover Tourist to anyone and I plan to use it again when we return sometime. I have to admit some trepidation after my recent purchase...buying 4-day tickets for a group of people is a significant amount of money. When purchasing outside of the Disney website, there is always a bit of anxiety that perhaps you've encountered a scam. Nevertheless I placed my order and crossed my fingers, and was thrilled to find my tickets, exactly as ordered, on my doorstep and in half the promised delivery time. Dear Undercover Tourist, My family and I are planning our first trip to Disney World in June and since I am such a newbie to this process, I started trying to educate myself as much as possible about every aspect. Over and over I kept reading that Undercover Tourist was the absolute best website to buy Disney World Tickets and get tons of suggestions and tips. Before I even knew you sold tickets, I already had your app in my Blackberry so I was familiar with your site. Six days ago I ordered eight of the 5 day passes and they arrived today! I love that you sent the tracking information via email, so I knew where my tickets were at all times and I knew early this morning they would arrive today.
