The Riverfront Express Gondola provides a direct connection to the slopes of Beaver Creek, and the bus stop just outside the front door, offers shuttle service to Beaver Creek, Vail and throughout Avon. The town's lake and recreation center are just across the street and offer numerous activities, athletic equipment, impressive aquatic facilities and child care. Yoga, Pilates and massage services are all within walking distance.

With a recent $2 million exterior facelift, these spacious condominiums offer every modern convenience, including gourmet kitchens, fireplaces, balconies and Jacuzzi tubs.
