We have used undercover tourist for many years without any issues.My adult children now use undercover tourist also .Tickets are available quickly via email. This year we unfortunately had to cancel a ticket and another event was cancelled due to a hurricane. I utilized the chat feature to inquire about refunds The refund process was very efficient .My only suggestion is to allow more time within the chat feature for responses .Twice I was timed out on the chat while I was waiting for a response from customer service. We will definitely continue to use undercover tourist !

I have been using Undercover Tourist for more than a decade. I have always found them to be efficient, and competitive on pricing, normally better than any other deal around. UT is my go-to for most of my vacation planning, to see what they have available in the area I am visiting, just in case. I am really glad that UT has expanded in to NYC and Theatre tickets.

I purchased 4 Day 1 park per day Walt Disney World tickets in April for June and I could not be more pleased. The questions I had were answered quickly. The delivery method of the tickets were great and the travel insurance that wasn't needed but gave me a sense of assurance helped out tremendously. The lowest prices on the tickets and great customer service will most def have me returning. Awesome deals here at Undercover Tourist!!!!!!

Hi UCT Team, First, thank you for having such great competitive pricing when it comes to Disneyland Tickets. I have been a frequent visitor of Disneyland for close to 30 years now as an adult. Second, thank you for having such a great service. I was required to call in for a refund as I was not able to visit this year. The restocking fee is totally understandable and I was happy to get most of my money back. Also, thank you for having someone available on weekends to process purchases and refunds.
