Prices and Availability
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on our Website. In the event that there is a pricing error, we will not be bound to honor any orders made at the incorrect price. All orders received will be deemed as offers to buy and not an acceptance of any offer to sell. We will advise you on the availability of the items ordered and the cost of shipping. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Order Cancellation Policy
Your confidence in purchasing takes priority, which is why we have the 'Nicest Refund Policy' and use common sense and fair practices when dealing with your cancellations and refunds. Unless otherwise noted on the ticket description, we offer one refund policy that is simple and fair for all attraction tickets. If you require a refund on refundable attraction tickets, a fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged to cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting your credit card and fulfilling the order. Tickets must have been purchased within the last 365 days and not gone past the start date selected. They cannot have been modified by the attraction directly (e.g. Disney Guest Services or My Disney Experience) or been activated by entering the park. Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site are non-refundable.
Payment Terms
For each product or service you order on our Website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any surcharges and any delivery fees for the delivery service you select) as of the time you submitted the order. Unless you and Insider Guide, LC have agreed to an alternate billing arrangement in writing signed by Insider Guide, LC, Insider Guide, LC dba Undercover Tourist will automatically bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process for such price. All prices are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and Delivery
Insider Guide, LC, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver your order on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All orders are deemed accepted upon delivery to the indicated shipping address.
