In the event you find a final price lower than ours, we will match that final online price as long as it’s available to the general public from an authorized retailer. Most authorized retailers make it very clear they are a trusted partner through an official logo or verbiage on their site.

Unfortunately, we cannot make adjustments to product that is no longer available on our website. The ticket in review must currently be available for sale on both Undercover Tourist and the competitor’s authorized website. (Please note: This means the ticket in review cannot have gone past the start date.)

Undercover Tourist will make a one-time adjustment if you find a qualifying lower price within seven (7) days of your original purchase date. If you are within the deadline and your price adjustment meets all stated criteria, we will refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
