  • Pet Policy: Only trained service animals, as defined under applicable Texas and federal law, are permitted at Universal Kids Resort. Guests traveling with a service animal are required to note the service animal in their reservation or notify the hotel directly at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Emotional-support animals and pets are not permitted at Universal Kids Resort.
