- The hotel layout can be confusing; the main lobby and check-in desk is located in the Pinnacle Wing, while the spa and kid’s club are located in the Alpine Wing

- Not all rooms have kitchens, so if that is a priority make sure to book a room with a kitchen
- Hotel charges a daily resort fee

- Book a mountain-view room if it is a strong preference
- Consider booking a room in the Pinnacle Wing for proximity to the central slope-side section of the hotel; these rooms also have easy access to the lobby and pool
