Evergreen Condominiums Information

Nestled among a forest of lodgepole pines, Evergreen offers spacious, affordable mountain accommodations with amazing amenities. Situated along the Snake River and Summit County paved recreation path, with easy access to Lakeside Village, the River Golf Course and Nordic Center, units are also just a short shuttle ride from the heart of River Run Village or the Mountain House Base Area. Ranging from 600 to 1,700 sq ft and sleeping parties of two to eight guests in one, two and three bedrooms, all units include at least one full bath, living room with a pull-out sofa and full kitchen. All guests can also enjoy an indoor pool, a hot tub, a grill and picnic area, on-site laundry, ski storage and complimentary shuttle service. The Pines pool is a favorite of guests and Pines and Homestead units often offer superior views of the Keystone area.
