Forest Condominiums are situated near the banks of the Snake River, the Summit County paved recreation path, and just a short, scenic walk from Lakeside Village. Comprised of three beautifully designed complexes, Keystone Gulch, Wild Irishman and Flying Dutchman, these spacious condominiums are accessed by one or two exterior flights of stairs and are not equipped with elevators. All accommodations feature cozy fireplaces and have access to outdoor pools and hot tubs, as well as on-site laundry, ski storage and complimentary shuttle service.

Forest Condominiums Information

Located near the paved bike and footpath enabling a short walk to the River Golf Course and Lakeside Village, the apartment hotel borders the White River National Forest on the banks of the Snake River and is one of the best places to feel close to nature. It is also located close to several ski areas including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone and Breckenridge. There are many other recreational activities around the resort.

The apartment hotel offers on-site laundry (for a fee) and a business centre. A free shuttle service is available. The air-conditioned establishment features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, conference facilities, Internet access and a car park. The rooms feature a full kitchen including cookers, ovens, fridges, microwaves, coffee/tea makers, cookware, dishes and utensils. They also offer a cable TV, an ironing set, clock radio and desk/chair. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath and hair dryer. Further standard amenities include double beds, a direct dial telephone, Internet access and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
