Redemption
Once you've completed your booking with Undercover Tourist, the supplier (Skyline Sightseeing) requires guests to redeem their voucher by online check-in at least 5 days prior to departure to retrieve your tickets and receive your specific departure location and further details for your tour (instructions provided on voucher).
If you booked a hotel pick-up, please reconfirm directly with the operator at least 72 hours in advance by following the instructions on the ticket after checking in online. You will then receive your specific pick-up time accordingly.
Departure Location: Fisherman’s Wharf (exact departure point will be provided upon online check-in).
Availability
Daily (except Christmas Day and Thanksgiving). Departure time is approximately 5:20 a.m. The tour is approximately 14-15 hours long, with about 4-5 hours spent in Yosemite National Park.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, E-Ticket must be unused and not expired, and canceled at least five (5) days prior to the redemption date. Cancellations between 5 days and 30 days prior to departure will be charged an additional cancellation fee of $35. Once verified with the vendor that they are unused, 95% of the item(s) total will be refunded (after the $35 fee). Yup, we are friendly frogs. The 5% fee will cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting payment and fulfilling the order. Expired E-tickets, used E-tickets, any E-ticket not currently sold on this site, or any cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to departure are non-refundable.
